Happy May Campers! We are happy to spotlight Dan this month.
Many of you know Dan Hamilton. Dan has been on the maintenance staff since he was 16 years old and has grown up at the Resort. Please make sure that you say hello and look for him when you come back this spring. Dan is always available to help members and staff with a smile. Dan has been a dependable and responsible staff member, and you can usually find him completing daily maintenance tasks in the summer and working on projects in the winter. During the winter months, most of Dan’s time is spent plowing and shoveling walkways. As time allows, he works on special projects that we’re too busy to accomplish during the summer months. Dan and his wife Alicia, have 2 boys and live in the local area. He enjoys his “home life” and is always available for the boys after-school games. In addition to spending time with his family, he is an avid hunter.
We have had a beautiful April at Bass Lake; the flowers are growing, and the grass is starting to green. We have been able to get outside and clean up from winter and get some of our projects done.
We are planning to turn the water on to the campsites by May 1st.
