Rocky Fork Ranch Resort Operations Assistant Manager
My name is Molly Blair. I started my job at Rocky Fork Ranch in the spring of 2013 at The Front Desk. I am now the Resort Operations Assistant Manager. My favorite part of my job is the daily interactions with our members, guests, and co-workers.
I stay with TRA because I have the daily opportunity to contribute to the creation of awesome, happy, and fun, memories for so many children and families!
One of my favorite memories while working with TRA is driving through the resort on a busy weekend and hearing all of the lively conversations and laughter, seeing all of the smiles, and smelling campfires.
I have not camped with us. I’d love to, but I have just not had the opportunity yet.
One of my favorite movies is “The Sound of Music”. It’s been a movie I’ve watched since I was a young child because I love the music and the joy that the children get reintroduced to!

Luna Sands Resort
Richard and his wife have been members for two years and three months. They stay at Luna Sands Resort because it is located near numerous areas that they frequently photograph the wildlife around. Pictures below. Their favorite memory at Luna Sands are the schedules of numerous activities, which are very enjoyable, but they find that the staff is the key to the many great memories. Cindy and I are nature photographers and have found Luna Sands a great birding destination. We have actually captured many beautiful bird images right from our camp site.
“We are looking forward to the next “chili cook-off…” When asked for advice from Richard, he suggests. “Allow yourself enough time to enjoy local destinations such as Daytona Beach, Blue Springs, and Merritt Island.”
His favorite camping meal is Steak on the grill or Creamy Scalloped Potatoes with Ham Cubes.
“We love camping at Sycamore Lodge in Jackson Springs, NC. The campground is always well maintained and the facilities are well managed. The grounds are large enough to have your own space but not so large it’s overwhelming. We love the simplicity of it and the serenity there.”
We read a fantastic post from American, country music singer and songwriter, Miranda Lambert. Miranda, had an amazing time this past week at our Travel Resorts of America's Lake Oconee RV Park and Campground "North Shore Landing" in Georgia. We were so excited that she extended her stay with us and so pleased that she enjoyed the experience. Very gracious and kind words from her with pics to her Twitter, FB, and Instagram accounts. Thank You, Miss Lambert!

Steve Baldelli
Steve Baldelli started Travel Resorts in 1986 at the age of 27 after a call from his friend Jim who had found some beautiful property in Pinehurst, North Carolina after a round of golf. Steve flew down from Minnesota to come to see the land and when he got there, there were 12 unfinished RV sites, a lodge, and a hole in the ground that was supposed to be a pool. He fell in love. Steve and his partner had no idea how to run a campground, but he knew he wanted to focus on three things: Taking people out of their normal element, making it close enough to home but far enough away to be a get-away, and making it affordable so all families could enjoy the campgrounds together multiple times a year.
