News From The Campgrounds

We are so excited to bring you the February newsletter filled with stories, pictures, helpful tips, and so much more. Travel Resorts of America wants to put you first, making sure you’re up to date on all of the awesome things going on at our resorts.

It has been a remarkably busy start to winter here at North ShoreCovid-19 brought so many campers and families to our park to escape the stress of it all.

We have started many improvements that include our new fish cleaning station and new concrete pads for sites 43, 44 and 45. We are getting bids for our 16 new sites to accommodate members with bigger rigs. These sites will be full hook up with 30/50 amps and 6 of them will be pull-thru. We are getting the new liner installed in the small pool as well as getting The Whistle Stop ready for May 1st.

Jeff Peryea has moved from Store Manager into the Manager in Training programWe have a few fresh faces, or you may remember them from other TRA’sGeri from the front desk at Gettysburg, as well as Danielle from the store at Pymatuning and Cameron, who both worked with us last season in the store, grounds, and maintenance. Danielle is replacing Jeff as the store manager. We have also brought Maria in from NY for housekeeping and Michael in from NY to help with night hosting and projects.

We look forward to seeing you at the lake this year. Safe travels and stay healthy and safe!
