Winter at North Shore Landing
Winter has certainly been cold so far, with a couple of snowy days reminding us that the season is in full swing. It looks like more chilly days could be ahead, but rest assured, we're keeping busy in preparation for the busy season ahead!
Preparing for the Busy Season
Our team has been working hard to get the campground ready for all the visitors this spring and summer. In the front office, our staff is continuing to improve the layout of the store to make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable. Recently, two of our favorite young campers had some fun modeling for us, showing off our t-shirts! It was a blast, and we're grateful for their help.
Spring Blooms and Crepe Myrtle Trimming
In the Lake Oconee area, things are starting to bloom as we head into spring. You may start seeing early signs of the season as flowers begin to pop up! We're also preparing to trim the crepe myrtles around the resort. They'll soon be looking their best for the warmer months.
Spring Cleaning at North Shore Landing
We've been keeping busy with our spring cleaning efforts before the official start of the season next month. We’ve been freshening up the paint on picnic tables and railings, and giving our units a deep clean to make sure everything is in top shape for your stay. It’s been a lot of hard work, but it will all pay off when you’re here enjoying the resort!
Waterfront Improvements
We've also been hard at work improving our waterfront area. We've spent the last few months, and will continue in the coming weeks, revamping the waterfront by moving dirt and rocks and removing the old boardwalk that led to the boat dock. We're making the most of what we already have to improve the space and make it even more inviting for you when the season kicks off.
Thank you for your continued support! We can't wait to welcome you back for another great season at North Shore Landing Resort.
Stay warm and see you soon!
