Oh, how lovely June is at the GBR campground! Although we have had our fair share of rain in Gettysburg this past month, the forecast for June looks beautiful! In between the rainy days, it's still early enough to be serenaded by peepers while enjoying a campfire in the cool of an evening breeze. And Gettysburg sunsets are a sight to behold – the crimson and gold underlined by the green fields are some of the most enticing in the area. When the weather permits, the communal fire pit is a popular gathering site for socializing. And the pavilion has become a buzz with member-led activities this year. Their time and energy have built a stronger community of activities; people are becoming closer, investing in each other, and the warmth on the campground shows.

All of the extended stay spots for the summer season are gone now, but we are working towards the winter list. If interested, please email the front desk to sign up or discuss a possible slot to stay for this winter. These run from November 15th to March 15th.
