Thousand Palms Resort May Newsletter, 2025

Here at TPR, here are some of the things we have worked on in April and coming in May 2025 for the newsletter. We are working on finalizing the May activities calendar and will send over when it is ready.

Welcome, Jennifer Flanigan, who will be assisting in Activities at the park and social media starting May 1, 2025.

Exciting new improvements at TPR:

• Mailroom has a new facelift. We opened up the mailroom taking it back to its original look. The mailroom is now open with shade and tables/chairs for members/guests to enjoy the outdoors.
• We have eliminated old cabins and making for RV sites at: 72/81 (to be opened soon) and 91/92/96/97 are now open and available.

Events in April 2025

• Largest attended event at Easter with 64 guests/members. Great turnout.

• Spring is in full swing with the locals coming out, such as our gators, armadillos, turtles and more. We have at least 3, potentially 4 new baby gators in the pond who are named: Albert (has no coloring), Gizmo (redish/yellow around his eyes, and Ziggy (has strips on his back), with mom named Madea. Once confirmed the 4th baby gator will be named Chomp. We also have "Little Chucky" the armadillo. "Kingpin" the softshell turtle.
